What This Site Is
An information site. It describes what we do, and it publishes our research — articles, case studies, threat reports and the newsletter. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract. If you become a customer, the terms of that relationship are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the products, not this page.
Our Content
Everything published here — the research, the reports, the newsletter, the artwork and the site itself — belongs to Athenian Tech or to the people we licensed it from.
You are welcome to read it, download it, and quote or share it with colleagues, provided you credit us and link back to the original page. You may not republish it wholesale, resell it, put it behind your own paywall, or present it as your own work.
Material That Belongs to Others
The MITRE ATT&CK® matrices reproduced in our Resources section are the work of The MITRE Corporation and are used with attribution, which appears on those pages. MITRE does not endorse Athenian Tech. Company names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
No Warranty, and No Security Advice
Our research describes publicly reported incidents and the threat landscape as we understood it at the time of writing. It is general information, not advice about your particular systems, and it goes out of date — an indicator that mattered last quarter may be worthless today. Verify anything you intend to act on. The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind.
Acceptable Use
Do not attack this site, attempt to gain access to systems behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use anything you find here for an unlawful purpose. If you believe you have found a security flaw in this site, we would rather hear about it than not — write to support@atheniantech.com.

Where we link out — to a vendor advisory, a CERT bulletin or a news report — we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says or does.
